AUCKLAND, New Zealand (22 November 2022) — Bridgestone continues to prove itself in the areas of customer service by claiming the top spot in the tyre retailer category in the annual Reader's Digest Quality Service for an impressive fourth consecutive year.
Bridgestone's network of Bridgestone Select and Bridgestone Tyre Centres throughout New Zealand has won the accolade every year since 2019.
The annual Quality Service Awards are conducted by independent firm, Catalyst, and saw a sample of 2,500 Australians and 2,163 New Zealanders surveyed across 35 categories, with Bridgestone stores awarded Gold in the tyre retailer category yet again.
According to Director of New Zealand Business at Bridgestone, John Staples, the repeat success in this category showcases Bridgestone's commitment to the customer.

The Quality Service Awards see consumers rate their experiences with retailers across five key criteria: personalisation, understanding, simplicity, satisfaction, and consistency.
One of the key additions to Bridgestone New Zealand's offering in recent years is the enhancement of its eCommerce website, bolstering the strengths of the physical store network with a customer-friendly approach to purchasing tyres online through the Bridgestone New Zealand website.
Bridgestone's continued success in the Quality Service Award complements the brand's status as Australia & New Zealand's Most Trusted Tyre Brand, as voted by motorists in the annual Reader's Digest Most Trusted Brands survey – a title Bridgestone New Zealand has claimed for the past six years.
