AUCKLAND, New Zealand (27 November, 2023) – New Zealand's Most Trusted Tyre Brand, Bridgestone, continues to build its unrivalled reputation by taking out the Gold prize in the tyre retailer category in this year's Reader's Digest Quality Service Award for an impressive fifth consecutive time.

The success in the annual Reader's Digest Quality Service Award rounds out a year of recognition for Bridgestone and its nationwide network of more than 160 Bridgestone Select and Bridgestone Tyre Centre stores, having won an unprecedented eighth consecutive 'Most Trusted Tyre Brand' accolade.

The Reader's Digest Quality Service Awards are renowned for celebrating businesses that consistently go above and beyond to provide outstanding customer service, with research conducted by independent research firm, Catalyst.

According to Bridgestone's Director of New Zealand Business, John Staples, the recognition highlights Bridgestone stores' unwavering dedication to meeting and exceeding customer expectations.

"Winning Gold in the Reader's Digest Quality Service Award in the tyre retailer category for a fifth straight year is a testament to the incredible work of all our teams throughout New Zealand that continue to go above and beyond to delivering exceptional service," Mr Staples said.

Bridgestone New Zealand's Quality Service Award success comes just days after Bridgestone Australia celebrated winning Gold prize in the Tyre Retailer category, and Silver in the Independent Car Servicing category of the Australian Quality Service Awards.
