Bridgestone New Zealand has taken out the top spot in the tyre retailer category of the 2020 Reader's Digest Quality Service Awards.
Market research across 41 categories for the annual Reader's Digest Quality Service Awards is conducted by independent firm, Catalyst, which surveyed a sample of 1,500 New Zealanders.
Consumers were asked to rank their experience across criteria such as personalised service, understanding of customers' needs, ease of service, and satisfaction levels and deemed Bridgestone stores to provide the highest level of service.
"Bridgestone's reputation is built on trust, and customer service plays a significant role in this. It's an honour to be recognised by our customers for the importance we place on delivering the best possible experience," said Bridgestone's Director of NZ Business, John Staples.
"This award belongs to all of those in our incredible, hardworking network around the country who put customers first every day, and strive to ensure that Kiwi motorists get the service they need when they drive into our stores."
Earlier this year, Bridgestone was also voted New Zealand's most trusted tyre brand for the third consecutive year by Reader's Digest.
